Advance Your Band Clinic

Goal: Equip established Green Band players with the advanced skills and strategies necessary to progress to the Purple Band, focusing on mastering high-level shot sequences and pace control.

Focus Areas:

• Refining 3rd shot and 5th shot sequences to consistently transition from baseline to net with control and accuracy.
• Developing penetrating 4th shot volleys that apply pressure to opponents and maintain offensive momentum.
• Enhancing pace control to effectively manage the tempo of gameplay and exploit opponents’ weaknesses.
• Building awareness and decision-making for high-level point construction.

Outcome: Players complete this clinic with a deeper understanding of the advanced mechanics and
strategies required for competitive play. They will demonstrate improved confidence in executing high- quality shot sequences and be prepared to test into the Purple Band.
