Beginner Series

Goal: Introduce players to the absolute basics of pickleball and build comfort with the game.

Focus Areas:

• Learning the fundamental skills: proper grip, paddle positioning, and basic shot mechanics (dinks, serves, and returns).
• Understanding court layout, scoring, and basic rules of play.
• Building consistency in getting the ball over the net during basic rallies.
• Developing comfort with game flow and playing points.

Outcome: Players complete this series with a foundational understanding of the game and enough confidence to begin rallying. At this stage, they are introduced to the Band System and positioned to move into Foundations 102 for skill refinement.
