Adam Altschuler

 

Adam knew at a very young age that tennis was his passion and by 20 years-old he had already begun his coaching career. In 2005, he coached Victoria Azarenka and by the end of that year she was the Junior Player in the world ranked around 100 in the WTA Pro Tour at 16 years old. After Vika he trained and traveled with top junior players to ITF events before going on the pro tour to coach Bethanie Mattek-Sands as well as Lucie Safarova in later years. Bethanie and Lucie won five Grand Slam doubles titles together; Bethany has a total of 9 Grand Slams and an Olympic Gold Medal. From 2018-2022 Adam was coach and director of a junior tennis program in Connecticut, where he is from. Adam has most recently coached Danielle Collins in 2022 current WTA #14 in the world.
