Goal: Combine pickleball skill development with a high-energy workout in a fun, fast-paced session led by Nadia Haven.

Format:

Whoʼs Invited: Players of all skill levels looking to enhance their game and get a great workout.

Structure:

  • Utilizes the pickleball ball machine to deliver consistent shots for focused skill repetition.
  • Includes fitness-based drills designed to improve footwork, reaction time, and overall athleticism.
  • Incorporates a station-based workout to improve strength and endurance while refining technique.

Duration: 60 minutes.

Outcome: Players leave the session not only with sharper pickleball skills but also with improved fitness and a sense of accomplishment, all while having a blast on the court.
