Your Coaching Team Leader: Chris Cagle

As the adult director of tennis for LTP Academy, Chris has a wealth of experience and leadership as both a player and coach.

As a player, he served as a two-time team captain at UNC-Wilmington before going on to play professionally in Europe, Mexico and across the United States. When he retired from professional play, he served as the assistant men’s coach at Wake Forest and Penn State before becoming the head women’s coach at Penn State. His tenure saw remarkable achievements, notching program highs in both the Big Ten conference and national rankings.

Beyond LTP, Chris has left his mark as the director of tennis and general manager at Raleigh Racquet Club. Recognized for his contributions to tennis in North Carolina, he served as the chairman of Junior Competition and was honored with the prestigious Mary Milam Lifetime Achievement Award.
